It is currently designated for agricultural use which means you can grow food and horticulture or for recreational purposes. I am open to offer on the asking price and it is to be paid in the form of a bank transfer, You will get an invoice for proof of sale before the transfer, preferable after payment the transferring the land into your name is a fairly simple process, and I will pay for the Land Registry process costs. This can be done on-line which means that the use of a Lawyer or Conveyancer is not necessary but you can use one if you prefer (at your cost). The Process of Transfer to the New Buyer 1. The winning bidder will be required to pay 20% deposit by PayPal or bank transfer within 3 working days of end of auction and advise me of the name and address of person/s to be entered as new owner/s on the transfer title document (TP1). 2. The TP1 with the new owners details will be created and will be sent to the buyer to sign. The buyer will need to send back the signed TP1 to myself, together with a cheque for the full payment. 3. All the documents required for completion of transfer (TP1. AP1. ID1) will be sent to with any supporting documents by myself to land registry to complete the transfer. 4.
